1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CSC ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related services, including but not limited to property inspection and verification, facility management, cleaning services, space planning, and property listing services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including Clients and Service Providers.
- "Client" refers to individuals or entities seeking to obtain Services through the Platform.
- "Service Provider" refers to inspectors, lawyers, facility managers, cleaners, space planners, and other professionals offering services through the Platform.
- "Property" refers to any real estate, land, building, or premises listed on or inspected through the Platform.
- "Content" refers to all text, images, documents, reports, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or displayed on the Platform.
- "Inspection Report" refers to the documented findings, analysis, and recommendations provided by Service Providers following a property inspection.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
3.2 Account Creation and Security
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.3 Account Verification
We reserve the right to verify the identity and credentials of all Users. Service Providers must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of government-issued identification, professional licenses, and other documentation.

- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

We facilitate connections between Clients and qualified inspectors/lawyers for property inspections. Our inspection services include:
- Physical property inspections
- Document verification and due diligence
- Title search and ownership verification
- Encumbrance and lien checks
- Compliance verification with local regulations
- Detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations
Disclaimer: Inspection reports are based on observable conditions at the time of inspection and available documentation. We do not guarantee the absence of hidden defects, undisclosed encumbrances, or future issues.
4.2 Facility Management Services
Our facility management services encompass:
- Building maintenance coordination
- Vendor management
- Preventive maintenance scheduling
- Emergency repair coordination
- Asset management and tracking
- Compliance monitoring
4.3 Cleaning Services
We provide or facilitate professional cleaning services including:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Deep cleaning and sanitization
- Specialized cleaning services
4.4 Space Planning Services
Our space planning services include:
- Interior layout optimization
- Workspace design consultation
- Furniture arrangement planning
- Traffic flow analysis
- Space utilization assessments
4.5 Property Listing Services
We provide a platform for property listings, including:
- Residential and commercial property listings
- Property advertising and promotion
- Lead generation for property owners and agents
- Verified listing badges for inspected properties
5. Service Providers
5.1 Independent Contractor Status
Service Providers operating through our Platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of CSC We do not control and are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Service Provider.
5.2 Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers agree to:
- Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and insurance
- Provide services in a professional, competent, and timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain confidentiality of Client information
- Submit accurate and truthful reports and documentation
- Respond to service requests within the specified timeframes
5.3 Verification and Approval
All Service Providers must undergo our verification process, which includes:
- Identity verification
- Professional credential verification
- Background checks (where permitted by law)
- Reference verification
- Ongoing performance monitoring
5.4 Service Provider Ratings and Reviews
Clients may rate and review Service Providers. We reserve the right to remove or modify reviews that violate our policies. Service Providers with consistently poor ratings may be suspended or removed from the Platform.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
6.1 Service Fees
Fees for Services are displayed on the Platform at the time of booking. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (โฆ) unless otherwise specified. Fees may vary based on:
- Type of service requested
- Property size and location
- Complexity of the service
- Urgency of the request
6.2 Payment Processing
- All payments must be made through our approved payment methods
- Payment is required before or at the time of service booking
- We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their errors or failures
- You agree to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and charges
6.3 Fee Distribution
For services rendered through our Platform:

Service Provider earnings are credited to their pending balance upon successful payment confirmation and are available for withdrawal according to our payout schedule.
6.4 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Full Refund: If a Service Provider fails to show up or cancels without prior notice
- Partial Refund: If services rendered are materially different from what was agreed upon
- No Refund: For completed services where the deliverables have been provided
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion after investigation.
6.5 Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Service Provider Cancellation: Service Providers who cancel confirmed bookings may face penalties, including reduced visibility on the Platform or account suspension.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Services.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Circumventing or manipulating our fee structure
- Engaging in transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Platform
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Listing properties you do not own or have authority to list
- Submitting false inspection reports or verification documents
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
7.3 Content Standards
All Content you submit must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Not violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform, including its design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CSC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
8.3 User Content
By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
8.4 Inspection Reports and Documents
Inspection reports and documents created through the Platform are the property of the Client who commissioned the service. Service Providers retain the right to use anonymized data for professional development purposes.
9. Property Listings
9.1 Listing Requirements
Property listings must:
- Be accurate and truthful in all material aspects
- Include current and authentic photographs
- Disclose all known material defects or issues
- Comply with all applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination laws
- Be for properties the lister owns or has authority to list
9.2 Verified Listings
Properties that have undergone our inspection and verification process may display a "Verified" badge. This badge indicates that the property has been inspected, but does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind.
9.3 Listing Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing that:
- Violates these Terms or applicable laws
- Contains fraudulent or misleading information
- Has been reported and verified as problematic
- Is inactive for an extended period
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content or information
- That Services will meet your specific requirements
- That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The quality, safety, or legality of properties listed
- The qualifications or performance of Service Providers
- The outcome of any property transaction
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
- Damages arising from any transaction between Users
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10.4 Property Transaction Disclaimer
We are not a party to any property transaction between Users. We do not guarantee the legal validity, enforceability, or outcome of any property transaction. Users are advised to seek independent legal counsel before entering into property transactions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Platform or Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your Content or submissions to the Platform
- Your property transactions or interactions with other Users
- Any false or misleading information you provide
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
12.3 Mediation and Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body in Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Lagos, Nigeria.
12.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
12.5 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature on the Platform. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Platform or Services
- We believe your conduct may harm us, other Users, or third parties
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately
- Any pending transactions may be cancelled
- We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CSC regarding the use of the Platform.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
14.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

We may provide notices to you through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means. You may provide notices to us through our designated contact channels.
